- All delivery timelines are estimates and may change depending on project complexity or revisions.
3. Deployment Responsibility
Unless explicitly stated in writing:
- The client is solely responsible for deployment, hosting, and server configuration.
- We are not responsible for issues arising during or after client-side deployment.
- Any downtime, errors, or misconfigurations after deployment are the client’s responsibility.
4. Deployment & Maintenance Services
If deployment, maintenance, monitoring, or server management services are requested:
- Such services are billed separately from development work.
- Pricing depends on infrastructure, workload, and service duration.
- Support is strictly limited to the agreed maintenance period.
5. Security & Liability
While we follow industry best practices during development:
- We are not liable for hacking, data loss, or misuse occurring after project delivery.
- Security breaches caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or user actions are not our responsibility.
- The client is responsible for safeguarding credentials, servers, APIs, and access keys.
6. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- Once development has started, pricing becomes final and non-negotiable.
- Failure to complete payment may result in immediate suspension of work.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and customized services:
- All payments are generally non-refundable.
- Any refund, if issued, is solely at our discretion.
- No refunds will be provided after final delivery of the project.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment:
- The client receives the right to use the delivered code or product for its intended purpose.
- We reserve the right to reuse non-confidential ideas, techniques, or general concepts.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- The client violates any part of these Terms.
- Illegal, abusive, or unethical usage of services is identified.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
